- Grande Vista Bay is a gated community on 1,260 acres with approximately 12 miles of roadway. There are 650 home sites with approximately 150 homes built to date of varying sizes, styles, and settings. There are many acres of natural beauty to allow property owners to take in the natural Tennessee beauty of the Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau while overlooking Watts Bar Lake. Lot sizes range in size up to several acres. We have plenty of room to grow.

- There are underground utilities at Grande Vista Bay that include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, cable and internet. High speed internet is available.

- Is Grande Vista Bay a gated community?
- Yes, Grande Vista Bay is a gated community. The peninsula on which Grande Vista Bay is located has a road down the middle dividing it between the East and West side of the community. There are multiple gate entrances to both the East and West sides of the development.
- Can I build a new home at Grande Vista Bay?
- There are a wide variety of options including existing homes, many lots of varying sizes, and new construction opportunities.
- Is there a swimming pool?
- There is a Clubhouse and a swimming pool for community use. There is a women’s group water aerobics during the summer months. The pool is open from Memorial Day until the weather turns cool after Labor Day.
- Are boat docks available at Grande Vista Bay?
- Yes, both private and community docks are available at Grande Vista Bay. There are many home sites that are specked for private boat docks. The remaining home sites have access to three community docks for a monthly fee. There are a total of 80 slips in all three docks. Grande Vista Bay has both east and west docks, Currently there are 35+ slips available on the Eastside only. The West dock has a wait list. Rent is $1200.00 year or $100.00 monthly. There is water available at the dock area, but no power.
- Does Grande Vista Bay have an owner’s association?
- Yes, Grande Vista Bay has a Property Owner’s Association (POA) that manages the development. Property owners are members of the POA. The POA is led by a Board of Directors with several committees comprised of property owners.

- There is a Volunteer Fire Station near the entrance of Grande Vista Bay.
